We have installed thousands of each and our showroom offers a wide range of both gas and electric fires for you to choose from

Can I choose any fire and surround?
Not quite, but our experienced staff will find a solution or a close alternative

Do I need to pay a deposit when ordering?
Not on most orders, but occasionally on a more specialist job we may require a deposit to cover materials

Can fireplaces be supplied to suit a certain space if needed?
Within reason, a great deal of our fire surrounds can be supplied to suit customers’ requirements

Do you give an installation date?
After ordering we will agree a suitable installation date with you

Are your installers CORGI registered and ACOPS approved?
Absolutely, all our gas fitters are as it is a legal requirement

Will the installation take very long?
Most installations can be completed in one day

What happens with my existing fireplace?
Our expert installers can remove your existing fireplace

What about refitting the carpet?
There are two possibilities here:
Your own fitter can follow our installers and refit the carpet
We can arrange for the refitting of the carpet by a reputable fitter at a nominal charge

How will I know if what I want is feasible for my situation?
Our knowledgeable expert will come to your home for a free consultation
